Return and exchange policy: At Dev Beauty Store, we care about your health and safety, so we do not allow returns or exchanges of our products to protect public health, except for products that reach you with a manufacturing defect or not matching your order, based on the evaluation of the customer service team. You can exchange or return the product that reached you with a manufacturing defect or not matching your order through customer service available via WhatsApp. Conditions for exchange and return: The exchanged or returned product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, not used, opened, or altered in its packaging features, in addition to having the original purchase invoice. You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days of receiving it. The process of exchange or return may take from 7 to 10 working days. The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, then the amount will be transferred to your account within 3 working days from the date we receive the product. If you wish to exchange the damaged product for another product, please transfer the difference in price if there is a price gap between the two products.
